Daniel has consistently provided us with absolutely amazing service and high-quality equipment for our disability school holiday programs. He is reliable, professional, accommodating and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. But today he took that to another level. We had another provider fail to show up for one of our scheduled activities, leaving us in an incredibly difficult position with a group of excited participants expecting a fantastic day. I called Daniel, explained what had happened, and without hesitation, he somehow **made magic happen**. At incredibly short notice, Daniel pulled everything together and quite literally **saved the day** for us and, most importantly, for our participants. That level of service, kindness and willingness to help is incredibly rare. He didn't just provide equipment today — he helped turn what could have been a very disappointing situation for a group of young people into a fantastic day. We had bad weather predicted and unfortunately couldn’t have the jumping castle we ordered but were able to get an inflatable ball pit instead and it was amazing! Quick set up and pack down! We had a work event, called them up and organised what we needed over the phone. Daniel was on time and set everything up in our warehouse, he packed everything down and the kids had a blast. We also want to highlight that Happy Hop jumping castles are intended for private, non-commercial use, as explicitly stated on their website.
