Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable due to safety and insurance reasons. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, dirt, crushed rock, or even indoors. Due to Australian standards, we cannot set up outdoors on a surface that we are unable to use stakes. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of surface your rental will be installed.

For outdoor hire, all inflatables must be secured with 400mm long stakes, please make sure there are no underground pipes where you would like the inflatable set up.

No! Safety is our number 1 priority and we will not compromise your guests safety.

Rain – If it is scheduled to rain during your hire period we will have to cancel any outdoor inflatable hires. All money paid for inflatables will be refunded if this is the case.

Wind – Our inflatables are rated to 30kmh winds, if the wind gusts are predicted to reach this, we will not be able to set up any outdoor inflatables. Please keep in mind that wind gusts can be unpredictable and you may need to shut down your unit if the wind does pick up in your area during the hire period.

Yes, we have full Public Liability Insurance, a Risk Assessment plan, and maintenance logs.

We offer free delivery on orders over $240 within 25km of our location in Pakenham.
For distances beyond 25km, a travel fee will apply.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to ensuring that your children play in a clean, well-maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead-free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

No! We will arrive before your hire time to set up the equipment, and return after your booking ends to pack it down. For example, if you’ve booked a 4-hour hire from 12 PM to 4 PM, we’ll arrive in advance to ensure everything is ready to go by 12 PM, and return at 4 PM to begin pack-up

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, summer camps, and much more!

Unfortunately, we cannot allow customers to pick up inflatables due to the safety of making sure they are installed correctly. Incorrect installation can cause serious injury, we are trained to install all inflatables to make your event safe.  

Please note that we only collect outdoor equipment during daylight hours.

During Daylight Saving Time, the latest pickup time is 7:00 PM.

Outside of Daylight Saving Time, the latest pickup time is 5:00 PM.

If your event runs later than these times, we offer overnight hire, and we will arrange for pickup the following day.
